"We pulled into the back parking lot,and the attendant would not let use unload our car unless we valade with him. There was a big spill at the back door that needed was way. The back sidewalk could have been blown off, But the man in the lot was not letting use unload the car."

"It is in a weird area, you have to go to second level parking to get to it, please be careful if training or snowing is a steep ramp area, you pay $23 just to park there which is crazy to us, breakfast looks like it would be good if you have no food allergies, very clean, friendly, pet friendly they have a big water dish as soon as you walk in it's sweet, plenty of food you can get delivered, nice kitchen area, bathroom was even nice, smelled clean, dishwasher, soaps, and everything you should...

"All but one staff member was SO friendly!! They all went out of their way to be helpful and kind. We only stayed one night, but it was positive experience. The one person who was rude was dealt with promptly and it was handled and resolved without a big fuss. Definitely recommend staying here. "
