"My sister and I stayed here for a concert at Nationwide. We have been to a ton of concerts and always wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance to the arena. This was the perfect spot! We parked ourselves in the garage that is connected and then took the elevator into the lobby. It was so quick and easy. Check-in was fast and the people working at reception were pleasant, friendly, and kind. The rooms were clean and updated and I would stay here again."

"The Junto is an adorable boutique hotel with modern decor, enjoyable and relaxing conversation/seating areas, and a great restaurant. I will stay here every time I travel to Columbus."

"The facilities were very nice. Rooms had shades, not curtains, so easy to manage, modern bathroom, lounge area had more than just tables and chairs, well priced. Breakfast was ok, comparable to other hotels. The only negative is that there is no sound insulation in the walls so people talking in the next room (at a normal level) kept us awake until they went to sleep."

"The location was perfect right in the middle of Downtown and many places to eat and drink. The service was friendly across the board! Shout outs to Dan, Natasha, kitchen staff and Restaurant Bartender Journie she was cordial and took cafe of us (regular bar). Clean room.. Food at the Happy Hour was not bad, the offering of wine and free cocktails were just basic. I understand they cannot give away premium brands. The pool was warm but not quite warm enough due to the extreme cold they were...

"Staff was very friendly. Hotel was comfortable and well kept. My car and my brothers car were broken into overnight the first night of our six night stay. Multiple cars were victimized here, and at least two nearby hotels. Unfortunately, we’ll have to look elsewhere on our next visit as this area seems to be prone to break-ins."

"I like the Hotel the Lobby was nice the rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable the toilet in my bathroom wasn’t working completely right and was very noisy every time i Flushed but other then that it was nice "

"Although we liked the area for shopping, the siren's in the parking lot were an irritant. We were there celebrating oir honeymoon. Our "suite" was more like typical room. The carpeting was obviously stained to the point of distraction. For the nightly rate, one would think the suites were better taken care of. The staff was kind and friendly when we encountered them. "

"This is a great place to stay, it has a lot going on to keep you busy. The room was nice and the lodge is clean and comfortable. It has many places to eat and a place to get coffee and a quick breakfast. The price for the lodge is vey reasonable. At least for Christmas it was. Will definitely go back. "
