"My stay was amazing. Loved the moxy and will definitely be back. However, the valet service were very rude and using derogatory language towards my cab driver when he was waiting for me. When my cab reached the hotel and contacted me to come outside, they were rushing him and calling him names when there was literally one car behind my cab, on top of the fact that my cab moved up and out the way to not block the hotel’s entrance. "I knew the room would be small (as we got the smallest room they had), but it was barely walkable. About 8 inches to scoot between the wall and the bed. Everything was good quality and the bed itself was comfortable, but overall not worth the price paid. Usually you can justify the price with amenities, but this location doesn’t have a hot tub, or breakfast, etc."

"We arrived into LAX and overnighted as we were flying on the next morning. This hotel was perfect for us. Easy shuttle from the airport which only took a few minutes. We arrive around 4pm and were able to check in and then head to the rooftop pool and hot tub which was just what we needed after getting off a 10 hour flight from London. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and early night as we had to be out the door at 5.30 the morning. The room was great, clean, beds very comfortable and lovely bathroom. We had a great nights sleep and the shuttle was there when we left to get us back to the airport for our onward flight. It was a perfect stay for us."

"Best stay I’ve ever stayed in a hotel. It was nice and relaxed. Staff was really nice. It’s a beautiful place. If I ever come back again I will stay there again.This was the best stay I’ve ever had in a hotel. The place was lovely and relaxed, and the staff was incredibly friendly. It’s a beautiful location, and I would definitely stay there again if I ever have the chance."
