"The carpets in the hallways had multiple stains, the carpet in the room could use a good cleaning or removal. The shower walls needed attention, grout and seals were showing signs of deteriation. Our window over looking the ocean side, one of the windows had gone milky. The staff were great! The dining on the 10th floor was amazing, both the view and the food."

"Beautiful setting with amazing views. We had a corner room with great view. Great views from restaurant & lounge area as well. Only complaint is that the free wifi is really bad."

"Took a 3 week vacation around Chile and this was by far the best place we stayed. Very quiet, with a great view of the lake. Close to Pucon and all the actives. The owner were friendly and was able to do our laundry. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for making our family feel welcome."
