"Beautiful Victorian home that was decorated perfectly for the era! The family was super friendly and helpful! The children were there when we first arrived and were adorable, pleasant and so well behaved! Delicious, warm chocolate chip cookies were available when we checked in. Breakfast was really good. They served warm homemade muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee and more! My husband and I were very pleased and will definitely stay again if we are in the area. "

"Angela contacted us several days before our stay and asked up front of any accommodations needed. She then upgraded us without us asking which was very kind! Her husband John met us outside after dark and gave us a nice detailed tour. The following morning, we received a breakfast that was the best breakfast I’ve ever had my entire life! If I could give this B&B a 10 out of 5 star rating I would."

"This is a been there done that experience. The trains passing by was the most interesting part of this stay. It was the best part, but it was also the worst part. 30 to 40 trains go by (at least once an hour), 24 hours a day. During the day it was fun watching the trains, they pass by the hotel as far away as the 2 lane road. It is loud! The engines were load, the wheels squeaked &squealed. "This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel. I can not say enough good/nice things about this place! My check in was quick and the woman working was kind and nice to chat with. The pool was wonderful! Clean, the water was nice. They also have a hottub which felt great after a long day of driving! Lastly, this morning I needed some extra caffeine and used everything i had in tge room. It was past breakfast hours and the young lady who was working was cleaning up. I asked if there was anywhere around to get coffee. She went and made me coffee. Ashley, went above and beyond to get me some coffee! All of the staff i have come in contact with have been very nice and polite. Keep up the great work Holiday Inn!"
