"Lovely place to stay everything we needed "

"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

"If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. I picked the key to room 5 and when I entered the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. So went through the other key safes to find a key for room 6,...

"Had an excellent stay here. The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and really clean. Awesome location within walking distance of the train stations, Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Will definitely come back in the future."

"We have stayed at these apartments many times over the years and have noticed that it seems to have changed hands, which made me more confident to book, as the previous owners charged my debit card twice and it took ages to get a refund! Anyway, back to the present - the apartment is in an ideal location for us and is great because it’s self contained. One (or two) drawbacks this time - no tea and coffee and we could not, no matter what work the smart TV, which was obviously smarter than us!!...

"Great. Communication with the apartments was very good. Very clean and location was spot on for a hen weekend 👍 The rooms were very warm though and air con would have been appreciated!! "

"Great area. The perfect location for everything we planned to do in Liverpool. But the apartment and entry itself was rundown. It was obvious it had been smoked in at some point. We noticed by smell each time we entered the apartment and because there was a cigarette burn in the couch’s arm. "

"This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. The rate quoted was also deceptive since double that amount was taken in fees and taxes. I missed that so thats on me but the...
