"This house has a LOT of space. Which is great for a large group. I will say, the reviews did not lie--the layout is very strange. It is good in a way because if you have a lot of guests, you don't feel like you are on top of one another. The staircases on the back side of the house are STEEP. If you have any kind of disability or immobility they are not friendly at all. But the front of the house has more regular steps, still a bit steep. "The house was nice. The covered deck overlooking the bay was perfect. Such a peaceful area for a couple that wants to reconnect. I told my wife that I I would rate this as a 10 out of 10 except for one thing. That bed! It is way too soft. Upgrade it please! "

"I booked the condo for various reasons and one was for the outdoor swimming pool but the was construction taking place in the exact same parking lot for a building 500ft beside the location so the pool so not available for use. That sucked being that i couldn’t swim in ocean water and had high hopes of enjoying an outdoor pool. If I had of known before booking than I probably wouldn’t have booked the location"

"We stayed for 4 weeks this year and last. Great location, a 2 minute walk to the beach. Close to some fun restaurants too. We would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Ft. Morgan!! Also, Shonna is always so nice to work with. She is so friendly, helpful, and responsive."

"The home was perfect for our family of 12. The location was close to restaurants and shopping and not far from OWA and the beach. Our grandchildren had a great time with the games and we BBQ'd in the back yard. Plenty of room to sleep everyone and everything worked as it should. Parking was easy for our multiple cars as well. Angie was responsive when I called or sent her a text. "
