Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath retreat at the edge of downtown Spring Green, Home to Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin, American Players Theater, the House on the Rock, and Tower Hill State Park, the vibrant village of Spring Green is a place where nature and art meet.

Check-out the Public Beach and peaceful fishing spot at the edge of town.

You will see a large public park just across the street and a 9-hole golf course next to the park. . A snowmobile trail access point is locate next to the park. This trail is connected to Sauk and Richland county trails. Free Access To the neighboring 9-hole golf course with rental of electric golf cart. Message to reserve. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Or
walk to downtown or the Rec Park with soft ball diamond and skate board Park.

Wildlife frequents the area!

A fresh pot of coffee will be brewing as you enter this two story house on the edge of a friendly neighborhood bordering a large public park, and 9-hole golf green. The Interior sports a rustic/modern farmhouse style atmosphere, With all new appliances, sofas, and beds. Be sure to try the hot-tub during your stay! If you want to walk to eateries on the square feel free to use the gate in the backyard. Public right-of-way exists from the gate to the street.

The basement is finished out with a fireplace and mini library. A double size hid-a-bed can be set up in the basement for additional sleeping quarters.

Girls trip
The house was very nice. Had an issue with hot tub and quick response. Also we locked ourselves out but it took a couple of hours for response. The bunk beds are not great for adults. There needs to be more space between top and bottom bunk. Met some local residents in a bar and everyone was welcoming and friendly.

This house had everything we needed for a relaxing week away. Everything was clean and in working order. The host was very communicative. Great little touches, like having pizza and beverages available for purchase on site. Instructions for the hot tub posted and easy to understand. We had a fantastic stay and would use again if in the area!

Very clean and well maintained. Totally enjoyed the hot tube. The kids loved the swings in the back yard. Perfect location to great meat market and local grocery store. Had some good conversations with neighbors. A must place to stay, and do not forget to visit House on the Rock that is only a short drive away. I will highly recommend.

Nice Place in Spring Green
We had a very nice stay at The Hemlock. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us (4 adults, 5 kids) to hang out, eat, sleep, play board games, have your own space, etc. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub. There is a park nearby, and we were a short drive from Gov Dodge State Park and House on the Rock. Andrew was always fast with a response if we had any questions, and the house was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Spring Green.

Very Comfortable
A great place to stay. Very comfortable, and there was room for everyone. The only complaint is sound travels; early morning conversations could be heard in the bedrooms. It is not much of a complaint, and we will definitely stay here again if it is available the next time we are in the area.
