"This is a very neat little inn, with the original downstairs house portion dating back to the 1790s and the inn dating back to the 1890s. At the very bottom level is a lively tavern. The room was comfortable if small, which is to be expected at a place like this. Wonderful breakfast in the morning and a very friendly staff. "

"My daughter, dog and I loved our stay at the tiny house. The Barbie theme was adorable and we loved the location on the river not far from Stowe. We took the dog on some great walks along the river and up to the waterfall. Maisy was so helpful and incredibly responsive to our questions. I definitely would need more room for a longer stay but it was perfect for the weekend. "

"If you plan to visit northern Vermont, I would highly recommend staying at the Muddy Mouse. I actually cant think of anything negative to say about it. It's truly a diamond in the rough.
