2 Bed Condo, Centrally Located and Near Beach!

Beautiful first floor 2 bedroom Condo north of St Augustine Beach. A great location if you're looking to explore St Augustine, or visiting family at Flagler University!
12 minutes by foot (about .8 miles) west over the Bridge of Lions brings you to the historic Downtown area, with its restaurants, cafes, and museums. Head South to St Augustine Beach or the beach at Anastasia State Park (or the Alligator Farm, Lighthouse, Amphitheatre, Fishing Charters...) Check out a map of the area, you're bound to find something of interest for every member of the family!
With so much in the area, visit one of the many restaurants or stay in and make use of the kitchen. There's Wifi, in case work just can't wait. The unit also has an assigned parking spot, with additional unassigned spots and street parking. The walk over the Bridge isn't bad and downtown can be busy (and parking spots can fill up quick!), so we'd recommend heading there by foot. But traveling south to the beaches is easier by car. St Augustine Beach is about 10 minutes away, and there are a good amount of free Public lots.
**Please Note: I don't see an option for it in the listing, but we do have a security camera mounted to the glass on the front kitchen window. It views the front of the building, specifically the parking spot and walkway to the door. It has no view of the inside of the unit, and is behind the blinds on the glass. It runs 24/7 as added security for parking.


We also offer optional air mattresses (either one Queen or two Twin) if you choose to have 5 or 6 guests. It is an additional $20 per person, per night for the extra guests. We will leave the mattresses and linens out for you to set up, so you can assure they are set up to your liking and safe for use; if you feel there is something wrong with them or you decide you're not comfortable using them, please let us know. When you check out you can leave them inflated, thus way we can clean them, make sure they still work, and put them away for the next guests! The photos included are for reference and they don't need to be set up where shown, but if you choose other locations please take into account paths for moving around in general and in case of emergency.

Surprised!
We were three adults and three teenagers plus a dog. We managed to share one bathroom without much effort. Beds were very comfortable. Hugh TV in the living room which everyone enjoyed. Loved being on the first floor. Very handy since we had a dog. The big backyard is completely enclosed so the dog could explore. Location was good since it was close to the Bridge of Lions. Traffic was a little slow since we went during the Night of Nights. A real treat was going to Anastasia State Park.

Great Location!
The location of this home was wonderful in relation to being close to the heart of St Augustine, close to beaches, close to the Ocean, restaurants and had several activities our family could do that were only minutes from the property. It was in a complex which was a little surprising, but it was fine. The owner had everything set up for us as promised and accommodated our needs readily. The home was well stocked for anything we might have needed to do in the kitchen or otherwise. Besides the floor dirtying our socks, the back enclosed porch being kind of rough and a couple dirty dishes in the cabinets, it was a wonderful stay and if in the area we would stay again. It was nicely decorated, kitchen nicely updated, bathroom was great, beds were comfy, and it was a very comfortable home. You truly cannot beat the location proximity.

The condition of the condo was perfect. The owner’s communication with us about minor repairs in progress was timely, courteous and helpful. Clean, well appointed, and comfortable; the condo is convenient for anyone who doesn’t want to pay beach front prices. Wonderful little condo.
Very neat. Just the right size for 2 of us. Everything but the light over the dining table was working. Had plenty of other lights so I didn't bother to call you. Beds were very comfortable. Just outside of the very busy downtown area, which was nice.
