"We stayed in a suite which was nice and quirky. It was clean and comfortable. We even had a record player and some LPs! The shower room was a bit basic and although it had lights on mirror etc they didn’t work. "I’m a solo female traveller and it was really safe, you’re from the center but there’s a bus at 2/3 minutes walking distance that goes directly in the center and then to move around in the center there’s a lot of free bus. The breakfast is really good! You can do laundry and on weekdays there’s really few people. There’s a lot of music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, but with earplugs or AirPods you’re good-it’s wasn’t really a problem for me. "

"As an over hundred year old building, I think its condition is good enough. It is closed to Liverpool Central but on a quiet street. Suitable for weekend visit. People are friendly and helpful. I can tell some of the roommate stay there for long. They are working in the hostel and interact like family. However, as there is only one public toilet, it is difficult to manage cleanness. "The Liverpool Pod is a highly recommended hostal, very close to Goodison Park (15 matches left!), with a walkable distance to the city Center (the buses for going there are available and easy to use anyway), good amenities, well maintained bathrooms and beds and lovely, hard-working staff; wether it's for a long stay or a shorter one (such as mine), I'll take it again for visiting such an amazing city! "When I arrived I was waiting for almost 30-45 minutes to check if I was aloud inside, I was left alone with no confirmation to allow me inside, The interior was in disrepair, wires could be seen hanging off the wall, the stairs carpets were barely holding together.And as soon as I entered the room I wanted to leave. The windows were broken and held open with toilet rolls, very untidy and the bathroom door was broken. Next time I wont bother...."

Al llegar a la recepción no tenían constancia de mis datos y no me habían mandado ningún correo con las instrucciones me dejaron tirado a las 23.30, y pese a llamas durante más de media hora intenté llamar, enviar WhatsApp... " We really like our stay at the hotel but didn’t really like the kitchen area in the room and dining table. We didn’t really like that whilst laying in bed you could see the kitchen. Our room also overlooked a car park which isn’t the greatest view. In saying that, I would stay here again, but in a different layout room like our friend’s room, where the kitchen is in the entrance, not the main part of the room. The hotel staff were 10/10 and the hotel has a really nice, cool, stylish vibe."
