"Stayed for one night, ate dinner ( was good) at the restaurant and had breakfast, (which was really good) included use the hydrothermal pool. bed comfortable but pillows awful, ( lumpy and very hard) which really let down the experience. "

"we were sposed to be out by 1 but left at 12 - blame the gf but the proprieter was more polite than i woul have been. i just mention this as the attitud of the owners - just friendly - so thanks and sorry ? im bit of a cheapo and so accordingly was the room - so i wasnt expecting much and got more than i bargained. must be very hard to keep an old pirate house shipshape overall plesaed. "Hotel is in a great location, the staff at check in were extremely helpful and the facilities are great for families. Lots to do to keep the little ones entertained including the pool, cinema and play areas. Kids were so excited to have their own drinks tray in the room and bathrobes for the pool. Only one grumble, the breakfast was a fixed price, so not great value if your kids are fussy. Will most certainly be looking to book another trip here with the family."

"We had comfortable stay. The rooms are fine bit dated, plastic hanging off the fire alarm (suspect it was recently installed).No phone in the room. "

"I arrived on the fri to meet marrisa who che cked me in with a beautiful smile and a plasent attitude. I only had one problem with noisy people in room next to me but it was sorted within 5 min. Rooms could do with a make over but it did not effect my stay. Location for train station and bus station excellent. All the way through my stay marrisa went above and beyond her job title. Booked another stay in june 2025 ."
