Again, as far as the property goes, it’s always been excellent parking around the building everything about it I kept complaining about anything and I normally stay in the annex because I’m here all week long most of the time and again it’s just remarkable and when you make the stop outside, the stop is always polite and do anything to help

The property is always well kept every time that I’ve been here. There is never any trash laying around or anything unkempt trees are always kept trimmed. Grass has always been kept cut. Trash cans are always emptied very well kept place.

Overall very nice! The room was clean and quiet, beds comfortable, and temperature was perfect in the room. The only issues were minor. First, I booked a queen room with 1 bed, sofa and recliner. I was given a double queen, with no sofa or recliner. Worked out fine, and just as comfortable. Second, the room phone did not work so no way to contact the front desk from the room. The tub had holes in it that had been patched and repaired, but were unsightly. And the pump dispensers in the shower had dirty/greasy handprints on the pumps which was kind of gross. The rest of the room was spotless, and no complaints. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay staff is more than friendly. Treat you like family go out of their way to make you comfortable from the cook who takes care of the morning breakfast to the person that cleans the rooms. Great people highly recommended.

Location it’s very important to myself in the city of Maryville and to all the different places that I have to go to all my business it’s exactly perfect to everything downtown and the access to Bearcat off of the main highways is fantastic

Again, I come to Maryville every week. I’m the building construction superintendent and I’m therefore nights a week five days a week and every time I come in there, the people treat me like family and that is greatly appreciated.

The reason I stay at Bearcat Inn is because of the staff and the service. Everyone is super friendly from the people who do the maintenance on the inside and outside of the building to the people who check us in to those that prepare the breakfast. Everyone is super friendly. The rooms are clean. I’ve never had a complaint one and I’ve been staying there many months, I would highly recommend it to anybody

Great stay
Needed a place to stay for one night and this was perfect. Desk person was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. Too bad we couldn't have stayed longer.
