Beautiful new hotel with excellent facilities. Staff all very helpful and courteous. Fab rooftop pool and very comfy loungers. Breakfast outstanding. Rooms very nice standard. Only downside is the area immediately outside the hotel which is good for anyone wanting to party…but a few minutes walk and you’re in nice areas with great choice of restaurants and bars

The hotel has only been opened since Nov 2024. Everything about this amazing place is exceptional. The staff are all so helpful and friendly and can’t do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble! The room was well equipped and finished to a very high standard. The restaurant served an amazing breakfast with something for everyone. We will definitely be returning!

Nothing bad to say about my stay, I went for a quick getaway trip for my 30th and enjoyed it well. The staff at the hotel made the day extra special for me as they decorated my room and gave me a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which was so thoughtful. I’d visit again!

It’s a nice newly built hotel. Interior design is modern. You can’t go wrong with this choice. It’s worth noting, that, although the staff is friendly and customer oriented, it’s not on the level of those classical 5-star hotels. However, we’ve seen this throughout Malta and likely relate to a shortage of staff is our conclusion. Most hotel workers come from other countries. One night we had dinner at the Jumu restaurant and we were not impressed by the quality of food; fish of the day was dry and chewy. For the rest all good and a good hotel to stay at.

Brand new hotel. Staff were very friendly and always accommodating. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and a la carte options at restaurant was very enjoyable. Added bonus was that swimming pool and gym were available for use all hours and no restrictions on kids. Christmas eve and New year was made special with complimentary Christmas stockings left for kids and box of chocolates left on New year. I felt the hotel really did go the extra mile to ensure their guests had a wonderful stay. Thank you Hyatt. The only criticism I would have was on the spa treatment- I felt the therapist was inexperienced and would benefit from further training so unfortunately the treatment was not to my expectation

Superbe hotel
Notre séjour d'une semaine au Hyatt Centric à Malte a été tout simplement parfait. L'emplacement de l'hôtel, en plein cœur de St. Julian's, était idéal pour explorer l'île, avec de nombreux restaurants, bars et attractions à proximité, tout en offrant un cadre calme. Le personnel, toujours disponible, professionnel et chaleureux, a fait en sorte que nous nous sentions à l'aise dès notre arrivée, contribuant grandement à la qualité de notre séjour. La chambre, spacieuse et moderne, était très confortable, avec un balcon offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le petit-déjeuner était un véritable régal chaque matin, avec une grande variété de produits frais et délicieux pour satisfaire tous nos besoins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accès aux deux piscines : l'une sur la terrasse avec une vue imprenable et l'autre en sous-sol, avec un jacuzzi relaxant parfait après une journée de visites. L'accès à la salle de sport nous a permis de rester actifs, et nous avons également profité d'un moment de détente au spa, qui offrait une expérience très agréable et reposante (services disponibles sur réservation). Le restaurant et le bar de l'hôtel étaient également excellents, avec une cuisine raffinée et un cadre agréable pour se détendre.Un moment inoubliable de notre séjour a été l'attention particulière et personnalisée que l'équipe de l'hôtel a eue pour mon anniversaire. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un séjour de qualité à Malte.
