"The front desk staff are eager to serve but need better training. The Concierges are the all time winners at this Hotel. Ask for George as he went out of his way to assist me even on his day off. How cool is that! Food in lobby restaurant is excellent and priced fairly. Bar is fully loaded. Breakfast buffet quite adequate and staff there on the ball to serve. Rooms are spacious with necessary balconies. But this place is a monster. And when conventions are here a bit of a mad house. "

"The hotel was absolutely amazing, staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Room and facilities were outstanding, spa was lovely, pool areas clean and gardens well maintained. There was plenty of choice for restaurants and cafes on site and many more a short walk to the town centre and beach. Transport links across Malta were so easy and regular, made day trips out really easy to explore. There is currently building works adjacent to the hotel (a new mall and Hard Rock Cafe hotel by the looks of...

"Right in the heart of St Julians, so all the bars, ships and restaurants are within walking distance. Hugo boutique was stunning and everything we expected. Lovely stay and would highly recommend. "

"Each bed has privacy curtains, there are toilet, two showers, two sinks in the room. XL locker drawer under the beds. The pool area is nice. Breakfast 7:30-10 with a nice view! ATM very close. Very helpful and friendly staff. Booked a boat tour to Gozo at the reception. Bus stops are minutes away. There was a large group of teenagers there who were often quite loud in the evenings even after quiet hours, they were gathered at the far end by the pool but could still hear them well. Nevertheless...
