"The front desk staff are eager to serve but need better training. The Concierges are the all time winners at this Hotel. Ask for George as he went out of his way to assist me even on his day off. How cool is that! Food in lobby restaurant is excellent and priced fairly. Bar is fully loaded. Breakfast buffet quite adequate and staff there on the ball to serve. Rooms are spacious with necessary balconies. But this place is a monster. And when conventions are here a bit of a mad house. "

"My room was not cleaned properly, i had a kleenex sitting on the bottom shelf of the night stand and it was never tossed away. The cup in the room was not washed properly as there was still lipstick stain on side of cup, so it was obviously just rinsed very mildly. There is only one outlet source, making it difficult to charge multiple items, or to use hairstyling tools. I had to request for an extension cord, as the outlet was too far from a mirror for me to do my hair using hairstyling...

"The hotel was absolutely amazing, staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Room and facilities were outstanding, spa was lovely, pool areas clean and gardens well maintained. There was plenty of choice for restaurants and cafes on site and many more a short walk to the town centre and beach. Transport links across Malta were so easy and regular, made day trips out really easy to explore. There is currently building works adjacent to the hotel (a new mall and Hard Rock Cafe hotel by the looks of...

"Nice hotel great location but rooms needs a proper refurb and even window curtains had holes in it .... Great price, breakfast option limited to "english breakfast" some more local breakfast product will be great, great coffee.... the best experience we had with hotel restaurant, great prices and the best octopus in garlic we ever had ... thank you ..."

"When torrential rail fell the window to the bathroom (located internally not facing outside) leaked badly and caused a pool of water to sit on bathroom floor, hallway and out front door. The shower has no curtain or barrier so always leaks over bathtub and the shower holder was so loose the shower head kept falling - ended up using as hand shower. You basically get what you pay for here, when i arrived i was told deposit must be paid in cash but nowhere on site or booking does it state this...

"I cancelled my booking but still i was charged.dye to the staff are disgusting and the place is rubbish. From 4 PM and overnight no reception??? If you come late you have to get your key to the other building a sister company??? What if something happens at night????"
