"Great pool and beach access"

"The property is a great base point to explore the island especially the southeast peninsula (Majors Bay a must for secluded beach with clear turquoise waters. While the rooms are not high luxury if that is how you travel, we found them quite functional and very reasonable. The staff ( especially Raol(sp) at the Dock bar ) are very friendly and helpful. "This hotel is an amazingly unused resource. We understand it’s only got a small beach but we needed somewhere to stay on the island and it was perfect for us albeit a little far from Basseterre town Centre. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we couldn’t fault their attitude. The room was huge even though we only wanted a room we ended up with a suite and it was spacious with a really comfortable bed and air-conditioning in all rooms. We had a hire car which was essential."

"Belle Mount is a magical place! We absolutely loved the experience. It was raining during our visit which only enriched the pleasure, hearing the rain on the roof and in the forest. We didn't get to use our private pool because the water was freezing during our mid-Jan stay. The room was huge and the outdoor bathroom was very nice. "Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "
