"Location: the location is superb, right by the Pitons, very close to Volcano, Soufriere, Sugar beach and hiking trails. "We arrived Christmas Day, and booked only a few days prior to our vacation. I read many reviews beforehand, and have to admit that nearly all of them came to fruition. However, we paid only a fraction of the cost of many of the surrounding resorts. We couldn’t believe how beautiful and serene the location was. "From the moment we booked our week stay the staff have gone above and beyond answering any question we had ( via messaging thru Hotels.com) and assuring us that we should not worry , we were in good hands. This lil slice of heaven is truly a magical place. The beautiful people here make it a point to smile and say your name in any conversation. The food is delicious. The excursions are wonderful . "I have never left a review before, but this property must receive one! We stayed in the Flamboyant Villa which is a Piton Ocean View Villa if I remember how I booked it correctly! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a personal driver at the airport. He was very easy to spot as our name was on a board. I simply emailed the resort ahead of time to secure the airport transfer. It took about 45 mins to get to Stonefield and once arriving, we were greeted with a welcome drink (local lemonade—to die...

"This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "

Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"Our family had a fantastic vacation at Coconut Bay! The staff was exceptional—always cheerful and attentive. The resort itself is stunning, I enjoyed the yoga sessions by the ocean, while the kids had an amazing time at lazy river, water slides, and pool along with the organized games and activities. The Saturday evening Carnival was a highlight—such a lively and enjoyable event filled with music, dancing by Keisun and the guys on stilts, and great vibes The only drawback was they spotty Wi-Fi, so it's not something to rely on. Overall, Coconut Bay provided us with a memorable and fun-filled getaway. "

"we had a tremendous experience at BGBR. the staff is very well mannered and polite. The food also tasty with different varieties. Buffet not as big as the all inclusive resorts in Mexico and DR or Cuba. But there is still a lot of choice. Fresh fish, veggies, chicken, drinks. All in all a very nice stay and we would definitely be going back. PS- there is construction going on next door. So pls ask the front desk to book you away from that building"

"Mr. Hunt and his team are amazing! They handled all our transportation and reservation needs. They provided a personal tour for just the four of us around the island and even let us stop by their sister property for a swim. The older cottages could use some updating and the beds are hard. We will forever remember our time in St. Lucia. Hopefully, we will be back! "
