From the day we arrived sat 2nd nov the staff we so helpful on reception and very easy to locate our room . "I had to ask for coffee capsules, milk, shampoo and bathmat as forgotten to leave any in room. Only one glass given for water in a double room. Furniture quite battered looking and in need of some TLC. Long mirror on wall, but in the darkest corner of the room where there was no light. Coffee machine's water holder had no lid and a broken base and does not work very well so could do with a replacement. Sink fills up with water with no plug in when washing hands. All in all a lovely spacious room...

I didn't like some noisy guests with no consideration for others e.g. late at night loud talking of adults and children and banging doors. May be a notice in all rooms saying please be considerate to others and close doors quietly and not to speak too loudly. A hook needed on back of bathroom door to hang towel."
