"It’s an old building with lots of charm, however as it was relatively the most expensive stay on our trip, I was very disappointed with the facilities. The tea and coffee in the room was non existent. I asked for milk and was refused it as they said they didn’t supply it. We had one tea bag earl great and one tea bag vanilla. No coffee at all. 2 sugars. We should really be refunded partially as we paid for this service but was not given it. The bathroom is nice but no where to hand the towels,...

"Love how close it’s to the ski lift base. The hotel also offers ski pass at discount which is really great. It’s also close to town and all the shopping and actions. The staff is super helpful from the pick up, throughout the stay and drop off. First class. "

"Location was good. The breakfast that was included was excellent. The hotel can work on making the entrance to the hotel more visible. At looks as though you are going to the restaurant Riccardo's and not hotel piz as the name of the restaurant is more prominent. Otherwise you can bypass the hotel not realizing that the restaurant is also the entrance for the hotel."

"Everyone from the front desk, to the bar to getting the car was extremely nice, helpful and cordial is an understatement. Great location in middle of town for easy walking. Highly recommend to anyone who visits."

"Great comfortable stay"

"Absolutely loved our stay, which unfortunately was only for one night. Although a 3 star it felt like we stayed in a 4 or 5 star hotel. The views over the frozen lake and mountains from our room and the restaurant were breathtaking. The room was very clean and comfortable with lots of nice touches that made it extra special - the dressing gowns were so luxurious. Breakfast was fantastic. Looking forward to staying again. "
