"Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. Hotel heating broken room very hot first day, but no heating there after for the week however towel rail was warm in en-suite. Floors dirty and towels very shabby. Breakfast hard work to obtain a nice coffee such as Cafe Late. After heavy snow hotel didn’t clear any snow from walk ways unlike all other hotels in area. No care for...

"Perfect location right in the heart of the activity. Lots of shops and restaurants at your finger tips. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. Free parking...slightly off site but near by, just park and take your bags in first and then park otherwise a bit of a hike. I am writing this before breakfast buffet but I am sure it is nice, restaurant...

"A wonderful hotel in typical Alpine style, nicely sized rooms, great service and attentiveness from the staff, and phenomenal breakfast with some of the typical products from Valtellina. The location is absolutely superb: near everything, Coop (grocery store), restaurants (try Cenacolo!) and shopping as well as Livigno’s church. "This property is a gem. And so is the staff. Anja at the front desk was so accomadating. With kids they gave us a cute room with enough space for 2 adults and and 2 kids. The only thing is they don't have AC which make sense with the weather there but gave us enough fans. The restaraunts here has the best view and the best food - Rosti, fondue and the breakfast were amazing! Cute little town and this was the perfect place to stay. We didn't end up using the swim/spa facilities."

"Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Breakfast was included which was amazing. "

"Great location halfway up the village,so easy to access both cable cars. Room was spacious with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and very quiet generally. Loved the rainforest shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Be warned,no kettle in room, so take a travel kettle and mug if you like a cup of tea in your room."
