Summer Family Vacation 2024
We as a family enjoy this property stay 5 days, the property had a private pool the kids enjoy summer. The cleanliness, communication with the manager, and check-In progress were excellent!! But the location and neighborhood were okay I would rate 2.5, it's on a busy main road traffic flow.

Great Accomodations
We enjoyed our stay at the Clearwater Beach/Dunedin house. The pool was amazing and the yard was big and fully fenced in for our dog. The service from the hose was excellent and they answered our questions immediately. They even let us check in early for a small fee. The kitchen had the essentials we needed. The house was clean when we arrived. We appreciated having 2 washers & dryers for laundry. Beach towels and plently of bath towels were provided. The location was great and was close to the beach and the town of Dunedin. Our only complaint would be that the king mattress was not comfortable and needs to be replaced.

Great home base
We came down to Clearwater for a month. The house made for a great home base while we explored all the things Pinellas County had to offer. At the end of the day it was nice to enjoy the pool.

This is the second year renting this property. It is so relaxing and the pool is great. My mother has limited mobility and is able to get around with her walker easily. So also is able to enjoy the pool with the family. It is the perfect place to reconnect with loved ones! Be back next year!

Great stay
This was a great house that was perfect for our first beach trip to Clearwater. There was fantastic communication with the management company BnB Prohost. When we first checked in there were some issues with the air conditioning, which they promptly scheduled for maintenance and even offered to put us up in another place for the night. I loved that this place was also pet friendly which allowed us to bring our two fur babies with us. The house was very clean with lots of extra blankets, towels, and sheets. The pool was fantastic, as was the backyard area. Showers both had great water pressure. Loved having two washers and dryers! Kitchen was very well stocked with items. I will say that there were no extra hand cloths or kitchen towels, so we ended up using bath cloths. Only a few things to take note of were the beds, and televisions. The king bed in the master bedroom was slightly tilted to one side and felt like one of us was about to slide off all night. The tv in the master bedroom was set to some kind of auto dimmer that made it difficult to watch. Overall, our stay was great and we would definitely come back again!

Our family of seven stayed here for a week. It was perfect for us! The kitchen was fully stocked. It has two washers and dryers. Plenty of beach chairs, a beach canopy, and umbrellas are provided. The pool is beautiful! Everything seemed new. Highly recommended!

This house was everything promised. Our family of four very much enjoyed our stay. Pros: The locations is great. There is a Walmart Grocery, CVS and dollar tree right around the corner for anything you need. Plenty of restaurants near by (and plenty on Uber eats) and the Beach is less than 20 min even on busy days. The kitchen does have everything. Crockpot, pans, glass baking dishes. I note these because not all rentals come with them. I was pleasantly surprised and it was great for family meals. This was the best stocked kitchen as far as utensils/appliances I've seen. They even provided sippy cups! (Thank you!) Beach stuff: they've got tents, chairs and a cooler for you to use. If our kids were a little older, we would have gone for it! The cons: The house could probably use some TLC. The beds aren't terrible, but we were longing for our own by the end of the week. The pet dander for anyone who is sensitive is noticeable, but not abrasive The pool has some wear. It's an older concrete pool and the eroded areas hurt feet. My swimming-pool obsessed 6yo has quite a few battle wounds. The screen also has quite a few loose areas where geckos venture in. Towels: the kitchen only had one towel and one wash cloth. I'm not sure if I missed the others, but I looked. There were also only 2 beach towels. We brought our own, so no harm, but if traveling with more than 2 people...you may want to plan ahead. Overall the management was responsive when we needed something. And, with the on-site laundry we were well positioned when we got home with clean clothes!

Overall it was a great stay. The check in process left a little to be desired. The code would not work upon check in. Had I not had my computer to and the host had not been reading emails, we would not have been able to acess the home. A number should be provided fwhen issues like this occur.
