Nice place by creek
The house was dated but well supplied. It was comfortable and we loved to sit by the creek with the fall leaves. Only couple minor issues. The bed squeaked and the shower had lower water pressure. Other than that very nice house and close access to the national park.

This house was perfect for our visit to Shenandoah NP. It was very close to the entrance and also close to a grocery store and restaurants. We loved the river nearby.

Well equipped, great location and quiet
Just right for our needs. The house was situated on a rushing creek and close to all the places we wanted to visit in Shenandoah National Park. Loved sitting on the parch and reading in the evening and sitting by the creek for that first morning cup of coffee. Beds were comfortable. Just what we needed.

Great little cottage
Great location right beside a river and a short drive to Shenandoah National Park. My daughter and I stayed to go hiking in the park and this was perfect. A little hard to find the first time in the dark, but the house is warm and inviting and very comfortable with everything we needed.

Perfect little house
This was the perfect house to stay in while visiting Shenandoah National Park. Only a short drive from one of the entrances, it made our day trips to the park much more manageable (with a baby and two dogs!). Loved the trees and the stream behind the house. Also, we forgot a few things after we left and were told immediately by the host, who offered to ship them for us. SO kind and appreciated. Overall, 5 stars. Thanks for a wonderful visit to your beautiful state. Will recommend to others.

Adorable home away from home
It was perfect. Has all the creature comforts of home. Stayed to hike in SNP location was perfect for the lower part of the park. Nestled along a beautiful stream that was perfect for morning coffee and porch sitting. Would stay again. Extremely clean and felt like a home away from home.

Just what we needed
This was the vacation we needed and in the exact place we needed to reset our hearts and minds. The cabin is beautiful inside and out. The location is perfect. The river coming down through the rocks is relaxing. Our dog and I would sit on the porch every morning for a few hours and just kick back and enjoy the sounds. One word of caution... do NOT take a right out of the driveway. The road turns to a gravel, one lane road almost immediately. It is beautiful but gets interesting when you meet a very large truck. We plan on staying here again... and very soon.

Visit to Shenandoah
We chose this location because it was midway between the park and we spent one day exploring the south side of Shenandoah National Park and the next day exploring the north. The house was a quiet getaway with a beautiful stream running right next to it. It was perfect for our little excursion!

Cozy Get Away
This is a cozy little house near a creek or river (not sure which it was). The house wasn't big but was very comfortable and tidy. While you could see other homes nearby, it felt secluded by all of the trees between the neighbors and because of how it is sits at the end of its driveway. It was convenient to both the national park and restaurants like the Blue Ridge Cafe (YUM.) At such a fair rental rate, this was an ideal get away and I would gladly stay here again. Very peaceful.

A peaceful and homey stay
I traveled with my two young children and I cannot say enough how little I packed for the property. There were toys, pack and plays, kids stool in the bathroom, even a high chair! It was nice to just unpack clothes and come right in. The house was clean and had everything you’d need! Even the awesome chicken eggs in the fridge. There was a great peacefulness and truly felt like a home away from home. Dana was very responsive and helped give recommendations for smaller children activities in the area. Thank you!

House in the Holla
It was nicely located for what we wanted to do. The cabin was very nice. It was clean and very well equipped. We did have a power failure one night after a rain storm. As the instructions stated, we contacted the owner and she got back to me within 10 minutes and said that she had notified the electric company. It came on in less than an hour.

Cute and cozy!
My fiancé and I stayed at the house for one night during a trip to Shenandoah, and the location was very convenient and close to the park. We chose this rental because of the stream running by, and we loved having a fire down by the water. Overall the rental was exactly what we were looking for - cute, cozy, and a nice escape! Our one complaint is that the shower had a strong sulfur smell when running the hot water.

Great stay
Overall great property- easy to get to with offline maps and very close to the places we wanted to see. The outside grill was easy to use and was lovely staying by the creek. the firepit was also easy to use too. Inside, the place felt very clean. In the kitchen, there even is an electric indoor grill if you do not want to cook outside. Temperature was comfortable. The only issue is when we checked some of the blankets, there was still some fur on it (from my guess, previous guests) so we did not use those blankets.
