"Manager was very helpful when we left our fan there. Then my sister left her drivers license there after she picked up our fan he called us to let us know so she could get it back. I like how he doesnt charge through hotels .com app until you get there. That way if your plans fall through you dont have to worry about getting your money back. "Hip place to stay in downtown Bentonville. Fireplace, wood, and green plants makes the lobby a warm and inviting place to meet up with friends. Only criticism is the rooms are minimalist and on the small side. A little odd that bathroom sink is in the bedroom. But I would still highly recommend to hotel. Gracious and helpful staff. "
