"Our stay here was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent, lots of options. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It had a fridge and coffee maker the only thing missing was a microwave, but other than that we enjoyed it. We walked to Washington park and then from there we walked to the museum and other attractions. The next time we stay we would figure out the bus as it goes to the mall. "

"Absolutely spotless clean. I get skeeved out but every corner was exceptionally clean. It’s safe and plenty of parking. We only stayed for an overnight. If you’re looking for a place where you can walk to shops/restaurants/activities, the Berkshires isn’t the place and this hotel is not walkable. Oh except to the Stop&Shop grocery which is actually convenient because the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to create a meal if that’s what you’re after. Had the best shower ever because I’ve never experienced water pressure so good. Felt like I was standing under Niagara Falls."

"A conveniently located downtown hotel for a stay in town. The staff has always been very pleasant and helpful every time I’ve stayed at the hotel. An added plus is the broad array of food and drink establishments on Pearl Street, the next parallel to the hotel’s street. I know I’ll be back. "

"We went to spend the weekend with old friends. The staff at The Red Lion Inn were friendly, kind and extremely helpful. I am visually impaired. Kindness means everything to me. The Inn is located in a perfect spot in Stockbridge. Around the Inn within walking distance are many shoppes, coffee shoppes, restaurants and more. Within a short ride are museums, historic mansions and beauty. If you are looking for a perfect get away in beautiful Berkshires, The Red Lion In. Is the place to go. We had a few meals at the Inn. The food and staff were excellent. We spent an evening on their beautiful veranda/porch. Thank you Red Lion"

"Hotel Downstreet was simply delightful. Clean , spacious room. Excellent amenities including pool & hot tub. We lucked out and breezed through the art gallery in the lobby with our delicious coffee. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. "
