"Lovely hotel and the staff are really friendly. Rooms are spotless. A party of 30 of us checked in with no problem. Some of our group could not travel due to a storm and the hotel staff cancelled our rooms with no charge. "

"Offered snacks on check-in, lovely sizable, warm bedroom insulated from the possible noise on Gordon Street, as well as the cold. Everything worked well, including the shower, and an excellent Scottish breakfast the following morning, with potato cakes Lorne sausage, black pudding and haggis, as well as sticky porridge. Allowed a late check out, sad to say farewell."
