"The location was outstanding. Just a short walk to get the bus to get to Abbey Wood station. Short walk to shopping and restaurants. Just a stone toss away from the Thames River path. The house was so lovely. Beds were comfortable and the backyard space was calming. Just a delight to stay here and would stay here again if I visit London again."

"There was no clear communication on how to get into the property. I did ask 24 hours before arriving and it took multiple calls email and texts after we arrived to get a response. The stove top cooker needed to be repaired as it was not working, there was no hot water for the entire 5 days i was there and there is no clothes dryer. We searched the entire property inside and out. I did get a reimbursement for the inconvenience but it was still very disappointing."

"It was an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable. On arrival it was very cold but we were able to work out how to turn up the heating. Also no glasses provided in the bathroom or room for water and no complimentary bottle of water which is usual these days. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs and the staff were friendly and helpful. "
