"I would have no problem at all recommending Cotswolds Hotel and Spa to all my friends and family. The staff have been friendly and helpful and the rooms are immaculate. I had a room overlooking the Golf course and the views were amazing with stunning Sunrises and Sunsets viewed from the balcony. I will definitely stay again the next time I am in the area. "

"The staff were excellent, all being friendly and efficient except for the one member of staff who greeted us when we arrived around 9.30pm. He was outside vaping I think, and was rather boorish and unhelpful. He was however, the only staff member like that so a poor initial impression was very much corrected the following day.
