Cheap, more a hostel and a hotel
You don't get your own bathroom, the hotel is pretty far from the centre of Strasbourg. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable and the room was cheap.

This hotel was filthy and unsafe, the staff was extremely unprofessional and I wish I had taken a home somewhere else

La borne automatique était hors service. Il a fallu téléphoner 2 fois au 0 800....donc avec des frais en sus sans que l'on ne puisse nous aider. Obligation de revenir aux heures d'ouverture : perte de temps et d'argent. Pas de télécommande de la télé. Pensez à prendre vos serviettes de bain. Les douches sont vieillissantes. Les wc sont très mal entretenus.

Nous avons aimé la gentillesse du personnel elles sont très professionnel tant qu a la propreté ça laisse à désirer étant donné que le l’établissement est vieux et que les douches et les WC sont communes je trouve que le prix est élevé pour ce qu’il en né le petit déjeuner reste à désirer Mérite d’être revu nous demandons un dédommagement merci d’avance d’avoir pris connaissance et attendre une réponse de votre part

Propreté de l'hôtel médiocre. Ça sent le tabac froid dès l'entrée de l'hôtel. Personne a la réception. Il y a des bêtes dans les chambres et les joints des douches sont tout noirs. A sa décharge, il n'y a qu'une personne pour tenir la réception de lhotel et faire le ménage....

Dans l'ensemble, pour le prix, l'hôtel était convenable. Cependant, en terme d'hygiène ce n'était pas excellent... des cheveux retrouvés dans le lavabo, des murs et un sol sales.
