"One first inspection the apartment is outstanding. Looks great and has all the mod cons. It not until you try and use the facilities that realise they fall short. The washing machine was a nightmare but fortunately the one downstairs was excellent, there is no toaster, no tongs and no broom and dust pan. Very friendly staff and great breakfast quality

"Welcoming drink was served during check in. The reception lady(name forgotten) was very nice,friendly and with a nice smile. Can feel the hospitality way before we enter our room. The bell boy Dominik V was also very helpful and provide us tips for pastries and dining. Mini bar (2 beer, 2 coke, 1 fanta, 1 manner wafers)was free and topped up everyday! It’s a pity that we didn’t have much time to enjoy that in the hotel. Only negative point is the handle under the shower. The handle corner was square like and you got bruise when hit on it during shower. Overall, highly recommended!"

"The location is perfect for the centre of Salzburg. This has all you can ask for in a hotel. The colleagues are fantastic and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We had a comfort room and was excellent for our 2 day break the amenities available were outstanding. A fridge, coffee maker with a selection of pods, tv and a information tablet giving you all services the hotel provides. The bathroom complete with toiletries. Breakfast is buffet style with hot and cold options, plenty of choice to choose from. "
