"One of my fave hotels in Bham and the only one I choose to stay in when visiting the city. Main bar accomodating to hotel guests, maybe the new jazz bar could keep tables open for hotel guests as would have loved to have visited but apparently fully booked"

"The receptionist was charming and fun . Made us feel very welcome. Room was lovely and clean and breakfast was a bonus. One improvement might be to have better signage as difficult to spot from any distance. "

"A wonderful hotel, 3 of us stayed in one of the apartments. The apartment was at the back of the hotel about 3 minutes walk to the spa and hotel main reception. The apartment was clean, although there was a minor issues with ants near the window which the hotel was very helpful over. The apartment had 2 very good size bedrooms which slept 3 but there were 2 pull out beds if needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture comfortable. The spa was amazing, lots to do and places to sit. "

"Lovely hotel, central to shops restaurants and the river. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was tidy and clean. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, including cereals, fruit, pastries and cooked options. Overall, a very pleasant overnight stay and would recommend to friends."
