"Once we opened the door, we were welcomed with a refreshing fragrance! The house was clean but the shower cubicle could be cleaner. The beds were comfortable and we had 6 beds for a family of 5! The kitchen was well equipped with a working fridge/freezer and microwave, which we used. We did not use the kettle, toaster or cooker but they were available. "Room was nice and spacious, shower was a little tight for my partner (he is quite broad though Lol) and there was no bin in the bedroom although there was a little one in the bathroom. Outside of those factors... The room was lovely and clean... Staff even left a cute note on the desk for us : ) and were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again"

"Had a wonderful one night stay with my family ( two adults two children) the beds were very comfortable and the kids stayed sound asleep all night. The breakfast was very nice everything was hot and liked the takeaway bags incase you were in a hurry I thought that was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and gave my youngest son an activity pack at breakfast. I think for the price we paid we definitely got our money's worth and if ever in Birmingham again will definitely be coming back"
