"This was our first visit as my daughter and I usually travel every six weeks from London to Hereford by train but will definitely review our travel plans and stay again now that we know you offer fantastic value for money. Your receptionist was helpful, polite and friendly and upon arrival instantly gave us the feeling she really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The whole hotel felt as though it was new and that included our room and bed which meant we had a great sleep. I don’t know the last time I have stayed in a hotel which has provided a free gym with leisure facilities and will definitely return and tell everyone we know. "The hotel was in a great position for the town and car parking was a bonus. The room was large and well appointed. We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely and much appreciated touch.
