"I definitely stay there again. Location is perfect for Snowboarding. 25 minute drive to Sölden Lifts, or you can take the bus for free. Bus ride will be about 40 minutes to Sölden Lifts. Awesome place."

"The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"Very well appointed flat in a quiet location, but within easy access by bus and train to Seefeld. The owner was extremely kind and helpful and gave us some excellent recommendations for walks, longer journeys and restaurants. The beauty of the landscape was a great antidote for the stress of city living. "

"Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus Bergglück verbracht. Die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Kleine Kritik: Wenn das Haus voll ausgelastet ist, ist die Küche etwas zu klein, um dort für 12 Personen zu kochen und auch der Kühlschrank ist nicht besonders groß. Wir waren zu 6, da war es ok. Der Mülleimer könnte ebenfalls etwas größer sein. Wir hätten uns auch eine kleine Infomappe mit ein paar Infos z.B. zum Thema Mülltrennung und wo wir...

It’s not printed on your card, so make sure you remember it 😁 The staff were super friendly and helpful!! Excellent location and the room was very nice! I would certainly stay here again!!"

"Im großen und ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Leider gibt es keinen Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen und auch keinen Balkon, wie angegeben. Für 4 Personen wird die Whg dann doch schnell zu klein. In der Küche fehlte der Stöpsel für die Spühle und es gab keine Topfdeckel. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es nur eine mega helle weiße "OP" Deckenlampe und keine andere gemütlichere Beleuchtung. "

"Only thing I didn't like was the parking and some cobwebs in my room. That was a mess. That's the only bad part though. Workers were nice, room was nice(other than the cobwebs in bathroom), breakfast was good. The pool had a good temperature and I had a relaxing time in it. They gave you nice bath robes to wear. "On arrival at NALA, the friendly staff offered us complimentary prosecco and 2 free welcome cards, a scheme which gives you free transport on tram services and most local buses. Also gets you discounted entry to some attractions. Our room (505) was immaculate, quirky, spacious and the bed was so comfy. Mountain views from the bed and living room made it extra special. We didn't have breakfast there during our stay but noticed it was a popular choice with other guests. Just a minute or two...

"This is a modern, quiet apartment, from which you can explore the old town of Innsbruck within a 15-20 minute walk. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The room was quite warm when we visited (February 2025), which the staff couldn't seem to fix, so we left a window open overnight, but otherwise everything was great. Would stay here again."

"This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of old town Innsbruck, perfect location and first class accommodation and services we really couldn't fault it. Breakfast is plentiful and something for everyone, bar area is lovely, pool and sauna were just fab and staff are friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Despite booking an economy room it far exceeded expectations for size and comfort with so many fantastic details that made it just that bit more special than the average hotel. Really impressed with our stay. Spotlessly clean with amazing facilities we found this hotel exceptional value for money and would highly recommend."
