We were informed of an issue with the garbage disposal before we arrived which did not detract from our ability to enjoy the space. "My biggest complaints would be that there were dirty dishes in the cupboards so I ended up washing most of them before using them. There were several lights out or not working in the apartment. "This is a comfortable place to spend a few days in Richmond and the pictures in the listing tell the story accurately. Steps from Perly's, Stella's grocery and everything else downtown, yet feels calm and quiet in the apartment.There was a persistant acrid smell, like burnt rubber or wires in the bathroom the whole time, which would not clear even with the exhaust fan. "Nice apartment within a larger old building. Perfect for our evening out. We did dinner at Rappahannock (2 blocks away) and a show at The National (5 or 6 blocks). And best part was the walk up pizza place across the street. We got a couple slices at 12:30 am on the way back home. No issues with this place. "

"Was disappointed that the wifi still isn't working from over a year ago.. location is good it's in a middle class area on the better side of town near shopping and restaurants. Staff was excellent.. the 11p-7a front desk girl was awesome and very accommodating as well as hospitable not only to me and my need to get in a bed due to exhaustion she was helping every guest in that same manner. She is an asset to your team and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Having prior experience as standing AGM of a local hotel chain in the area I was extremely impressed with her abilities... GOOD JOB!!! thank you to the rest of your team for their hard work as well.. job well done!! "
