" Left Expensive phone charger in room rang to ask for it back apparently their staff have sticky fingers as it was not lost it was plugged in next to bed rang as soon as we left then again a day after terrible service no one even called us back"

"very nice comfortable hotel. Good Gym and pool facilities. Did not eat in the restaurant as a little out of my expenses price range. Ate in the bar. The food was very good, but the menu was a little limited and the bar restaurant lacked much atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly. As i was staying in November I saw very little of the outside areas, but the Christmas decorations that were up looked very pretty."

"A lovely convenient place to stay, but be prepared to open doors yourself while managing luggage. Great restaurants, but wait staff need a bit more training. (Knowledge of menu etc., and time management. Still my top choice of hotels for proximity and cleanliness! "
