But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. "This was one of the nicest hotel I have ever been to and I have travelled quite a lot. The service was absolutely amazing form the moment we stepped out of the taxi until we left. The room was big, the beds were comfortable and the pillows as well, the food at the restaurant was good whether it was the breakfast buffet or lunch à la carte (not much local food though). The rooftop pool was very nice with a great view. I highly recommend it. "
