"This place was crazy. Hands down, the coolest hotel for kids. I was skeptical with all the resorts nearby that cater to kids, but his one really takes the cake. The playgrounds (indoor, outdoor, pool playgrounds), the skating rink, games room, its so worth it. Only criticism id have is that the staff at the restaurants are a bit short (like serving is an inconvenience) but the bar team, front desk, all lovely. Would also say in a post covid world where not many hotels do daily maintenance of rooms (changing towels and making beds) are not too common anymore, this was a nice surprise. We'll be back."

"Great location, part of Surfers but not in the middle which I like as it is walkable to all the action but a lot quieter area and a lot easier to drive in and out of .Close to beach and tram. Nice gym and pool area. We had the non ocean side but still had a reasonable view of the ocean between the buildings . Also had a beautiful river and mountain view. "
