Timeless resort with top quality service. All employees were friendly and attentive and all went out of their way to assist you. The staff dealt beautifully with many difficult guests and they still treated them with undue kindness and professionalism. The resort pools and gardens are the best on the Gold Coast. Although in a great location, there was no need to go anywhere else - a true family vacation

I booked for 7 people $1500 one night we get 2 double beds and 2 fold out lounges. Nothing for the 7 th person. Rang reception they said they would bring us fold up beds never did. The beds were so uncomfortable no water in the room no bar fridge. 2 light blankets for each additional bed. No 24 hr room service place outdated. Staff were awesome though. Bad facilities etc. No discount given for room. Never again
