Excellent séjour!
Maison très agréable et bien située près de la mer. Très propre et fonctionnelle, comme à la maison. On y a passé un excellent séjour.

Belle petite maison, très bien située, dans un endroit calme
Belle petite maison, très bien située car proche de la plage, accessible à pied. Village très calme - nécessité d'avoir sa voiture pour faire ses courses. Maison qui contient tout le confort et le mobilier nécessaire, confortable. Petit bémol, le jardin n'est pas du tout clôturé, important de prendre une longe si vous venez avec un chien. La poubelle extérieure est pour les PMC mais elle était pleine à notre arrivée et contenait des ordures standards. Le prospectus explicatif dans la maison n'est pas à jour, nous n'avons donc pas pu éliminer la poubelle au bon moment....et ne l'avons pas utilisée. Il y a possibilité de se libérer de ses déchets aux poubelles du camping voisin. A part ça, nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille.

Maison bien située. Mais pas d'éclairage fonctionnel dans la cuisine, avec scotch collé au plafonnier ainsi que derrière le rideau pour cacher une précédente invasion de fourmis qui s'est reproduite durant notre séjour un soir à 21h, sans produit pour contrer l'invasion. J'ai dû, à mes frais, acheter le nécessaire. Le gérant n'étant pas sur place n'a pas pu intervenir durant le séjour. Les matelas étaient trop mous, et les draps sentaient mauvais. Le carnet de contacts n'était pas à jour, j'ai donc dû appeler plusieurs numéros avant de trouver le gérant actuel. Les numéros médicaux n'étaient plus valides, et comme j'ai eu besoin d'un médecin, il a fallu se déplacer à la mairie pour savoir où s'adresser... tous ces désagréments ont gâché notre séjour. Pour le prix je m'attendais à mieux.

Mit Höhen und Tiefen…
Sagen wir mal so: die letzte Rezension einen Tag vor unserer Anreise hatte uns schockiert. Das wir selbst Vermieter eines Ferienhauses in Italien sind schauen wir sicher mit anderen Augen auf ein Objekt und unsere Ansprüche an unser Ferienhaus sind sehr hoch! Einiges im Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und müssten dringend einige Renovierungen gemacht werden. Zu Sauberkeit können wir von 5 zu vergebenden Sternen leider nur drei geben, als Beispiel ist hier der Dunstabzug zu nennen, der vermutlich vor drei Jahren das letzte Mal gereinigt wurde. Die Duschkabine müsste auch mal ordentlich gereinigt werden. Zu Ausstattung: es fehlen teilweise grundlegende Dinge, auch sind die wenigen Messer und Gabeln einfach zu wenig. Man könnte das eine oder andere auch mal gegen Neues tauschen. Die in der letzten Rezension beschriebene kaputte Picknickbank außen wurde einfach mit Steinen abgedeckt. Man hat den Eindruck, dass man das alles war liest, aber so wenig wie möglich investieren will oder kann. Den Grill hätten wir übrigens schon längst entsorgt! Trotzdem ist es ein nettes kleines Haus, unfassbar ruhig gelegen und auch die Nähe zum tollen menschenleeren Strand ist einer der Pluspunkte. Als Fazit: Normandie, gerade diese Ecke immer wieder, allerdings nicht mehr in diesem Haus.

Joli environnement
Petite maison fonctionnelle et au calme. L’environnement est agréable avec un jardin sans vis-à-vis. La mer est à deux minutes avec de grandes plages presque désertes au moment où nous avons séjourné, il faisait très chaud et l’ on a pu se baigner plusieurs fois par jour. On entendait la mer la nuit. Ce qui était bien apaisant. On entend un peu les voitures le matin mais c’est supportable. Iln’ y en a pas trop. Dans les choses à am, ce serait pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre du salon, ce qui était impossible et peut-être investir dans une machine à expresso....ce serait bien. Il serait mieux aussi qu’ il y ait des toilettes en haut.

Veraltete nicht zutreffende Anzeige des Feriendomizil
Die Gegend und der Menschenleere Strand sind ein Traum. Leider kann man das von dem Ferienhaus nicht sagen. Wo fange ich an? Die angegebenen 5 Sitzplätze am Esstisch sind lediglich 4. Die Bilder des Inserats sind mindestens 7-10 Jahre alt, der Garten ungepflegt und der Picknicktisch auf der Terasse ist kaputt und gesplitert. Alle!! Metallfläschen im Badezimmer sind Rostig, die Duschgelablage gebrochen und lediglich eingeklemmt.(Verletzungsgefahr!). Der Grill ist benutzt weggestellt, sammt verschmutzten Rost und Asche steht er im Schuppen neben einem zerbrochenem KinderSurfboard und Mäusegift. Das Mobiliar teilweise mit Stockflecken und gelben Flecken auf den Sutzfläschen, lediglich mit decken abgedeckt. Das Bett im Elterntimmer steht auf irgendwelchen Holzbrettern, da der Fuß scheinbar defekt war. Alle Schwämme und Lappen waren benutzt, nicht erneuert, im Zahnputzbescher waren noch Reste von keine Ahnung was. Man sollte immer ein gewisses Kapitel reinvestieren und das Objekt pflegen, dann könnte es tatsächlich dem entsprwchen was das Inserat zeigt. So ist es schon fast eine Grenze zum Betr..... wirkt als seien es Bilder vom Neuzustand und seither nichts gemacht....Nie wieder, nach 10 Jahten Ferienhäuser das Allerschlimmste was man erlebt hat. Keine Empfehlung!!!

Wir haben im Oktober 2022 eine tolle, ruhige und entspannte Woche mit unseren Hunden dort verbracht. Haus ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und gut. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe mit den Dünen war wunderschön und man konnte kilometerweite Spaziergänge machen. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, den kann ich dieses Häuschen nur empfehlen.

Un super séjour
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison. La maison est parfaite pour une petite famille. Très bien équipée, deux grandes chambres, literie confortable. La cuisine contient tout le nécessaire, on est comme a la maison. Il y a une belle longue plage à 5 min à pied. Nous avons aussi fait de belles balades à la pointe de La Hague. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter, merci encore aux propriétaires!

Ein Ort zum Abschalten
Nettes kleines Häuschen, ordentlich sauber, mit normaler Ausstattung. Hübscher Freisitz mit langer Abendsonne - wenn sie scheint. Bei schlechtem Wetter für 4 Personen ein bisschen eng. Umgebung trotz einiger Nachbarn sehr ruhig, Weg zum (Hammer-)Strand gut 5 min durch kleine Gartenpforte. Kommunikation mit Vermieter rasch und sehr unkompliziert. Danke für das kleine Gastgeschenk! Wir hatten eine entspannte Woche.

Einfaches Haus, ruhig gelegen
Im großen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Der nahegelegene Strand war auch an warmen Sommertagen nicht voll. Zudem ist er bewacht, was bei teilweise starken Wellen sehr angenehm ist. Die Gegend bietet schon kleine Wanderwege entlang von Steilküsten und nette Märke in typischen Örtchen. Das Haus war nicht sehr gut geputzt, es war recht staubig. Bereits benutzte Spülbürsten und - Lappen fanden wir (insbesondre zu Coronazeiten unpassend). Leider hatten wir ein Ameisenproblem. Diese kamen aus allen Löchern. Mit Antizeckenspray haben wir das gut in den Griff bekommen. Schade war, dass die Auflagen für die Gartenliegen komische Flecken hatten. Ansonsten liegt das Haus sehr ruhig und der naheliegende Bäcker ist nur zu empfehlen! Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Petite propriété très sympathique, rien ne nous a manqué à l interieur, le jardin quand à lui est suffisamment grand pour des petites activités sportives en famille..
