I've never written a negative review before but here we go: - I sent 3 messages in the 3 days leading up to our stay with no response from Maria (no information provided regarding check-in process etc). It is in a very good location - you could access many great cities in less than 1 hour: Roma, Orvieto, Narni. The area is very green with nice view from the hill. La casa bella e grande, molto curata e ben attrezzata, in posizione tranquilla in mezzo ad uno splendido noccioleto. La padrona di casa gentilissima e disponibile, molto discreta. "We were here for an extended stay of 2 months. Found the people of Ladispoli very welcoming and friendly. The property is well located between the beach and railway line, which worked very well for commute to Rome and then relaxing by the beach. Our host was very responsive and would recommend this accommodation."

"Our host was the sweetest, kindest women any of us had ever met. She provided us with food and wine in our first night and ice cream and melons on our last. She was willing to drive us to the metro early so we could catch a train to the airport. My only regret was not having a car to get into town. The metro was ~2km and many taxis and Ubers didn't want to come to our location so we unfortunately missed out on some of our plans in central Rome."
