"The Neuhausen Erzgebirge area is absolutely beautiful and this home is perfect for those wanting a quiet peaceful stay. Very close to Seiffen with all of the nutcrackers, smoking men, and pyramids. Neuhausen has the greatest collection of nutcrackers at their museum and is a must see! The home though is very comfortable and spacious and clean...it is as advertised. There are steep steps leading up to the bedrooms, so if that is a concern, beware. Loved this place and our stay!"

"Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz. Allerdings fehlte uns der direkte Zugang zur Terrasse. Die Plastikmöbel dort luden aber auch nicht zum verweilen ein. Das war sehr schade, da wir wirklich wunderschönes Wetter hatten. Aber dies ist wohl dem Umstand zu Schulden, dass das Haus eher in einem Skigebiet liegt. Insgesamt war das Haus aber mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Vielen Dank. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit."

Ideally located in the Fontana mall , everything in teplice is walking distance and you have all you need for shopping in the building. You can visit the wellness center which is 1 floor down and is pretty decent . Parking on the underground of the mall . Communication was really effective , polite and proffesional . "Wir hatten viel Platz für unsere Familienfeier. Die Ausstattung in den Appartements war sehr schön. Der Gemeinschaftsraum war prima zu nutzen und die Küche mit der doppelten Ausstattung perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Das Wetter war sehr kühl und nass, so dass wir die Aussenanlage samt Grill und Feuerplatz nicht genutzt haben. Aber durchgefroren nach der Wanderung am Kamin aufwärmen war sehr gemütlich. Für alle waren Tischtennis und große Spielesammlung eine tolle...

Great hotel even if a bit dated!

"I had a lovely stay here, couldnt fault the hotel at all! Yes as some have said the interior is a bit dated and theres no lift, but being 100% honest that never bothered me at all. I love the quirky layout inside and the fa t my room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfy and the food at brekkie was more than enough, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Iil was very impressed and would def stay again if in Litomerice"
