"From the moment I arrived and throughout my week's stay, the staff were professional, friendly and efficient. My room was very clean and maintained. Breakfast was excellent and good quality. Bar food I can't fault. Only downside was the water in my room was cold on the first morning (Immediately put right when I reported it), howver, water pressure was vey low. "

"Relatively new hotel, clean & tidy, comfortable room, with a small gym facility. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Car parking was OK, although the hotel car park was full. Only negative point was a very slow check-in. "

"The hotel is good I received a thorough run through of facilities and restaurant timings. Comfy room my only suggestion would be that there needs to charge points and/or USB ports close to the bedside. The food was good although a limited selection both for evening meals and breakfast. Would stay again. "

"Overall our stay was good. As with most hotels, unless their wet rooms, for disabled visitors, are newly installed, we found the grab rails are quite dirty and dusty. We have stayed in this room before where I mentioned a trip hazard in the room where there is a bulge in the carpet. Quite important when someone is disabled, sadly it’s still the same ☹️ but, you could not fault the staff, very kind and attentive. "

"Had tickets for Leicester Tigers so stayed the night before. The hotel is right at the ground and even has its own “grandstand” at one end of the bar where you can relax and enjoy a big screen experience. Our room and facilities were excellent and the breakfast buffet extensive. Will certainly be returning. "

"I had not realized how beautifully located The Gresham is to old town Leicester. The Gresham could use some refurbishing (hall carpets as an example) however, the ambiance was perfect for me. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast each day was delicious with reasonable selections. My room was quite cozy and comfortable. I have other trips planned from the US to Leicester and I will always book The Gresham for my stay. Overall, it was perfect for my needs. "
