"This little house was perfect for a relaxing fall weekend. The owners responded quickly to all communication, and the location is great-just a few steps from the river with a spacious front porch and convenient to Emerald Isle and Swansboro. We rented the kayaks and enjoyed an afternoon on the river. "We had seven adults staying here. The house is centrally located and just minutes to food and groceries. The house was clean and well stocked. The owner was very easy to contact and responded immediately to any questions. We all loved the house and would stay again! "

"The house was splendid for our family. We had five adults, a 12 year old, and a 7 year old. We had plenty of room, the mutual space was great. Two full bathrooms, nice kitchen, comfy living room. I would have liked more towels, toilet paper, etc. We only got one towel per person, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a 5 day stay it would have been helpful to have more. Lovely area, close walk to the beach access. Had an issue with our sink not draining, the property manager was on top...

"Really enjoyed our stay. Hubby and I stayed 5 days with our two little dogs. Everyone enjoyed the Cozy Cottage. It was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked and the host was very accommodating. We’ll miss our stay, and can’t wait to return someday. Also, the little black kitty became our friend! Excellent place!"

"After growing up in Swansboro we returned to visit old friends. We thoroughly enjoyed staying downtown. Walked to restaurants, pubs and even visited the town museum. Loved the house and did lots of porch sitting. Imogene and Brad are super hosts."

"We had some maintenance issues pop up with the house this time but the property managers were extremely responsive and prompt in fixing them. The house is lovely and well-stocked with everything needed for a week away. I loved it that management gave us extra towels when we needed them. The golf cart is fun and makes getting to the beach a breeze. Our family enjoyed the board games. One request: please get a pool heater :)"
