Pretty basic hotel, dated decor, but still clean and perfectly pleasant. I stayed on a Monday night so was quite quiet, but I wonder if it would be that quiet in other days.

My first stay was very impressive and reasonably quiet considering the city centre location in the middle of swanseas night life. Everything you need within easy walking distance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was only there for one night playing in a weekend sporting competion. I deal for a covenient place to get your head down, nothing fancy it is what is. Highly recommended.

Good value accommodation

The staff were friendly. Basic hotel accommodation. Very clean and well maintained. Decor a bit dated. The only down side was the very thin duvet and no extra blankets or duvets available in the room.

Most uncomfortable night ever had in a hotel

I have never seen such a small single bed in my life not only was extremely uncomfortable but trying to lie down on it was like trying to lie on a rope. My arms and shoulders had nothing to rest on as the bed was so narrow.

The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was outstanding. The check in/check out was efficient. The rooms were small but very, very comfortable and clean. Had a great night's sleep. The Swansea market and castle are nearby, shop are an easy few steps away, and there are some great eating options within walking distance. The on-site cafe, Cafe Lucia served great coffee and was a very comfortable, inviting venue. Would stay here again, if we ever get the opportunity to return to Swansea.
