Great location & its 24 hour parking so was good for a one night visit & a bit of shopping. Only thing that let it down was the room. It wasnt very tidy, there was a spoon & a receipt on the floor by the bed, the one white cup was dirty (which we didnt see until the morning of going to use it). The mirrors were stinking. It just could have looked a lot better.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Within walking distance to shops. The hotel is near to a couple of halal restaurants which is really great for us. Will definitely stay at this hotel when we next in Swansea.

Poor Check in Experience as we weren't allowed an early check in unless we paid £20. Numerous unfavorable characters in reception at times. Also no bar open despite flyers around suggesting coffee and cake available from 11am. Only positive was a pleasant afternoon tea that the restaurant offered.

Very basic Hotel. No lock on bathroom door considering sold as a twin room. Shower on 7th floor cold and not much pressure. Breakfast not the best for the £ I paid

The property was in a great central location. The room was a good size, bed fairly comfortable (clean). The staff were very friendly but my only complaint was that the furniture was very worn and shabby, the carpets, curtains and walls had spots/stains on them. Too bad as the lobby and hotel surround looked fine.
