"Very nice grounds with lots of plants with nice labels /descriptions. The main pool and jacuzzi area is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were decent (about what you'd expect) but convenient. We didn't need it, but they have shuttle service to Old Town, which is nice too. It was very quiet when we visited (week after New Years) so I can't comment on hiw they handle crowds. Would stay there again."

"We had been delayed by American Airlines for 5 hours and were scrambling to find a last-minute hotel. Every single employee that we met at the Omni that night was very kind and extremely helpful. Our waiter Jonathan in the restaurant took such good care of us and just made us feel so welcome. I’ll be definitely staying here again! "

"Really beautiful establishment! Beautiful atmosphere. Amazing 2 sided fireplace at front entrance and in lounge area. Great bar! Great heated pool and hot tub. Really prompt shuttle service! The restaurant food was great."

"The property was beautiful. Was in a great location. We were walking distance from great restaurants. (About a mile.) There are so many hiking trails near by as well. As for our room. The room is huge. Housekeeping could have did a better job cleaning. But it was fine. We stayed 5 days. Great hotel. Would stay again."

"We had a blast with our kids - ages 2 & 7!! Although we found the magiquest games to be difficult to understand, they still had fun waving the wand at the various spots around the property. Mini golf (very mini!) and bowling (also mini) were big hits though!! The water park itself is aweome. So much to do for kids of all ages! We stayed in the Grizzly Suite - it was a great size for us and we all slept well. We will definitely go back!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is neat and clean, rooms and beds are very comfortable , we enjoyed the 2 rooms with kitchen as we were 4 adults. Morning breakfast was excellent. I give it 5 stars overall!! "

"I liked the property. It had a good swimming pool. Staff were friendly and responsive! The only complaint I have about is the beds. It might have just been us. Our bed sunk in the middle and it was uncomfortable. "

"The hotels around the area were a little pricy so I was a little hesitant when booking because the price was so low. I visited a nearby hotel, the staff was not as friendly and the atmosphere was not inviting. I really enjoyed my stay here and if I ever travelled back I would stay again. "

"Most things were good with this resort based on the Hilton name. All 4 of us thought the beds were too hard and the pillows were so overstuffed that they hurt our necks. All the people working were very friendly and polite. The grounds were well maintained. Unfortunately, the floors in our unit were very dirty. Walking in bare feet or socks turned the bottoms of our feet black within minutes."

Peaceful and romantic stay

"Fantastic magical place. I did not have a good experience with room service. The two times I tried it the first time no one answered the phone and we called and let the phone ring for a long time several times we finally gave up and skipped breakfast. they did have an option to leave our name and number and they would call us back and we did that but no one ever called us back, the second time we ordered my food was cold and we complained and they sent a new plate of food right away, but I was disappointed that it was cold in the first place. The rest of the service was fantastic at the hotel and it was our stay and I’m sure we’ll stay there again and highly recommend it to others. . "

"This was my first time staying at a resort in the U.S. and the experience was great! The customer service was beyond my expectations and the food was fabulous, especially at the Different Pointe of View restaurant (where I got engaged, thank you waitstaff for making the experience incredible)!!! Also, the resort was situated in an ideal part of Pheonix, allowing us to venture off into the city to explore. Highly recommend! "

"The pools and water park were excellent. We were worried about it being too cold in January, but all the water features and pools were perfectly heated just enough to be comfortable. The mini golf and pool volleyball was great. We had a blast. Thank you! "
