"The property is quaint and clean, as it is a newer facility. The staff is young and eager, so I tipped everyone GENEROUSLY. While they are listed on Expedia, they do not accept payment through Expedia and do not honor the prices. Check-in was eventful, as they insisted they did not receive payment via Expedia. Great family holiday

"Had enough entertainment for family. Having the children play room for toddlers was great. The swimming area. Also having entertainment every night was a plus, as every night there was something different. Maybe the toddler swimming pool can be upgraded to a larger one. Was close to beach and restaurants. The buffet dinner was always so much to pick from. "

Beautiful luxury hotel beside Tagazhoute beach

"We swapped from the Hyatt up the hill as we wanted to be able to walk to the beach - this hadn’t been clear in the online marketing info. Our first room on the garden side was very noisy - as the seal around the sliding windows was faulty. This caused us to have two very disturbed nights sleep. Fortunately, with the help of Ayoub on reception, they were able to move us on the Tuesday to the opposite side near the tennis courts, after which we had a much more enjoyable holiday. We then stayed for a further 4 nights, enjoying the delights of both the hotel and Tagazhoute village and beach. Maha on reception was also most helpful."

"Stayed here for 4 nights after a 5-day stretch in Marrakech. For what you are paying, you get a lot of value. The hotel is a bit dated, but the room was big (large living room, functional kitchen with a large fridge, bedroom with two twin beds and a large enough bathroom that was clean), there were two pools (one shallow, one deeper), the location was very safe, and there were plenty of food options. If you're looking to save money, but still be close enough to rhe beach, then I definitely recommend staying here. "

"Best experience I had with this resort Just the pillows were not comfortable they might need to renew them other than that there is nothing bad in this resort Room cleaning was 10 star very nice beautiful and quiet resort "

"Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Amazing food in the buffet restaurant, both breakfast and dinner. Pools beautiful but not heated. In mid April, they were chilly and the water on the beach warmer (there is no private beach and the beach is fairly dirty, but nevertheless enjoyable). The kids enjoyed the kids club for a day, especially the video games! Even our 11 year old had fun. Overall, highly recommended!"
