"Location was great but the bathroom in particular needed a deeper clean. The shower head wouldn’t stay in one place due to the water pressure that kept making it move around. Our stay was very loud because of street construction."

"Location was great for our 2 night stay in Luzern. 5 min walk from the train station. The breakfast food and staff at Bacio restaurant onsite could be greatly improved. We were asked to move seats at 9am on Sunday so they could set up the afternoon service (brunch was listed to last until 11am). Sadly all the hot food was lukewarm/cold as well. "
