"My family and I stayed here for a couple weeks two years ago, and were so thoroughly happy, that we decided to take a small detour on our skiing trip to sleep in Geneva just because we knew this hotel was a sure stay. "the grounds of the property are really, truly lovely; we brought our dog, and there was lots of space for him to explore and roam around and enjoy, in addition to great patio and lovely views. the staff is just lovely, and very helpful; really, they couldn’t be nicer, honestly, as is so wonderfully typical of great service in Switzerland. the physical plant is good, if not great, and overall the hotel has surely seen better days, while the room renovations are a bit “hip,” such as no real closet...
