We reached the property at midnight and they had 2 numbers on the door. So we called the emergency number for this property no one picked up then we had to drive all the way to newcastle for a hotel. Then we called them at 11am to ask for a refund but were told you should have called the second number and no refund will be given. Like what is an emergency number for if no one picks up the call in a emergency.

If I could give this place a -10 rating I would - it is absolutely disgusting. I cannot say how bad it is ! The place reeks of mould, there’s water damage on the walls. room has a terrible smell - totally unsafe. Ground for room is facing an alleyway and there’s a very small little chain on your door. Also a safety hazzard. Front staff very rude and passive aggressive.. not worth it at any price.

If I could give it a -10, I would. Absolutely disgusting place.. you can see the water damage on the walls. The room stinks of mould. It’s absolutely unbelievably bad. Even for the price. Your health is worth more. Front staff rude and passive aggressive. There’s a scam that if you arrive 9:01pm they charge you late check-in fee. It’s in very very small print. The person after me arrived one minute late and had to argue with them. They promised a refund because I could not stay in the place due to health reasons. It was positively disgusting and still waiting for them to keep their word. Don’t ever stay in this place..

Good value for location, clean and functional. Power in room was not working, staff did not call anyone to fix it and did not offer a discount or another room. I was able to charge my phone in a common area but this was not secure. I would stay there again as its well located clean and comfortable but Id insist on checking the room first.

smallest grubbiest badly laid out bathrooms ever, rooms decent, clean and ok, just a bit shabby - you get what you pay for and fine if you are 5 foot tall or under….

Location is great, BUT.... The bathroom was fixed by a petulant teenager. The ties are croked. There are pipes on the floor and holes in the walls. The sink has a grinder knotch in it. I can't tell if they used 3 colors of grout or if the bathroom had never been properly cleaned. It was gross to touch with bare feet. The rest of the room was nice. Staff are friendly. The sheets are clean. But the toilet is dodgy. The room holds 6 (with fold out couch), so good for a party bender in Newtown but it is up 2 flights of stairs, so avoid if you are a pensioner or in a wheel chair.

It's fantastic for the price and great location. How ever if any feed back I could give is if you could get different sofas and lounges for the lobby as the ones you currently have may look nice but definitely not comfortable at all. :) staffs great as always

Great location in Newtown, rooms are on the smaller size and the property is getting a bit dated. If you're after a bed and shower, this will tick the box. About a 10 min walk to train and Enmore

I booked and paid for a triple room for 3 adults but was charged an extra $45 at check in because we had more than 2 people. The price was extremely misleading. Additionally, the room didn't have a hand towel for the bathroom and the shower's hot water took forever to come through. Wouldn't recommend this one.
